Jonathan Defuso, originally from New Jersey, has lived in the Orlando area most of his life. Real Estate was not always part of his vision, but after deciding to attend The Florida State University, found their Commercial Real Estate program, which is ranked in the top 10 of all universities and became an active member of their Real Estate Society.

In 2018, he graduated with bachelor’s degrees in real estate & Business Management, as well as, gained experience in the residential and commercial space through working with New South Systems, Beshear’s & Associates and a prominent residential appraisal firm.

He brings valuable marketing, technology, and social media experience along with proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Suite products, Argus Enterprise, and DCF/Waterfall Cash Cash-Flow Modeling in Excel. These skills provide a new element of expertise to the team and enhances our ability to deliver the highest quality of work for those who matter most, YOU.
