It went very smoothly because Joe handled all conversations professionally and expediently. I was so happy I didn't have to hold 2 homes at the same time, and the sale occurred two days before our purchase in Utah. It's really an amazing transaction. And who can do that? Joe and Rachael can do that! I could trust them to do everything possible to represent us fairly. And their network of support is strong on everything from HOA issues to home repairs and lawn care. They are really established there in Orlando and know their trade. The very best!
